Magenta: Ear Chakra Guided Meditation

  • Find a cozy spot where you can enjoy some peace and quiet.

  • Close your eyes and take in some deep breaths, allowing your mind to unwind.

  • Imagine a vibrant magenta light radiating out through your solar plexus and enveloping you in brilliant magenta light.

  • Let this light clear any negative vibes or blockages from your Rainbow Chakras.

  • As you focus on the colour magenta, let your thoughts flow freely and find stillness in the present moment.

  • Mantra: 'I trust my intuition.'

  • Mantra: ' I am connected to my inner knowing.'

  • Take all the time you need! Allow yourself to relax, unwind, and get centred.

  • When you're ready, slowly open your eyes bringing your awareness back to breath.

  • Take 4 deep breaths.

  • Now head back into the world feeling centred and connected to Purpose.
