Universal Consciousness & Chakra Flow
Updated: Mar 2, 2024

Enlightenment or universal consciousness is existing in the full knowledge and power of what we are. Pure energy. When we are completely connected with everything and everyone, there is no more individuality. Self-awareness continues to exist, but no longer under the duality of "this is mine" and "that is yours.” There’s just ‘us,’ a collective of universal energy, and we need each other to maintain balance.
In the first moments after the Big Bang, energy was flung out into the universe, which was extremely hot and dense. As the universe cooled, conditions became just right for the building blocks of matter to form the quarks and electrons that make up all of us.
Then our physical body was assembled in the darkness of our mother’s womb. Between the 24th and 28th week of pregnancy, universal consciousness awakens as pure energy in physical form, connecting us to everyone and everything. A bundle of perfection. And then, slap, “wah,” we’re born and the journey to remain connected while having a physical body begins.
Babies' brains are always brightly lit because they're fully conscious without being aware of themselves. They use their whole being to perceive their surroundings. Because we are born knowing what we are, we don't want anything. We just are. Of course our physical body has needs that must be met, but the core of us is and always will be whole and complete.
It's during the first root chakra cycle, at the age of around four or five, that we begin to lose connection to what we really are: universal energy. Our enlightenment dulls as we become self-conscious through domestication. We start being told who we are by family and society. Once we start believing what we’re told about ourselves, we forget what we are, ushering in suffering.
We all know that opposites attract. The unity created by this attraction is said to be related to the notion of non-duality, positing that the existence or identity of a thing depends on the coexistence of at least two forces that are opposed to each other, yet interdependent. The attraction of opposing forces such as dark and light energy, creates balance and harmony.
When light and dark energy are in balance, the rainbow chakras ignites creating flow. To maintain flow, we must strengthen our connection to Mother Earth and the lower chakras through the Earth Star Chakra. This chakra radiates reddish black and is located about 12 inches below the body. Likewise, balance is maintained through the connection to Father Sun and the upper chakras via the Solar Star Chakra, which radiates ultraviolet-white and is located 12 inches above the body. The opposing forces of dark and light energy create balance that results in a rainbow of colours known and unknown radiating from our heart centre.
There are many scientific theories about the origin of our universe. The Big Bounce theory is one that I find incredibly interesting. According to this theory, our universe was created by the collapse of a previous universe. So, the idea of a multiverse and our energy being infinite is intriguing. When our physical body dies, we will return to universal consciousness and perhaps our energy will be recycled into other universes.
According to physics, energy can neither be created nor destroyed, only transferred. This supports the idea that our energy has always been and always will be. Maybe our time here on earth in physical form is simply to maintain the connection to universal consciousness. Everything needed to support our existence in physical form has been provided for us, and there’s more than enough for everyone. Nothing really needs doing other than enjoying Mother Earth’s bounty.
This beautiful planet will continue on long after humanity has become extinct due to greed and overconsumption. We have the power to slow this inevitability as more of humanity awakens to universal consciousness, creating opposition with those who are not yet woke. There is an awakening happening right now because we are letting go of the duality of 'you' and 'me' and embracing connection as 'us.'
