Fabulosity Workshop: Meet the Metallic Chakras

During the workshop, I’ll introduce my Metallic Chakra System as an expansion of the traditional Rainbow Chakras, offering additional structure for understanding how energy moves in real life.

We’ll work with a 1–10 chakra cycle to explore how energy moves through the body and in everyday life. Each Metallic Chakra is paired with a letter from my Fabulosity Energy Method, giving you a practical way to recognise where you are in the cycle, what’s active, and what your energy is working with right now.

The focus is on lived experience. How energy shows up in your body, your choices, your patterns, your momentum, and when it’s time to pause or reset. Light is present throughout the system. Metal shows how that light is reflected, shaped, and carried over time.
