Fabulosity: The Equinox Immersion Retreat
Active Rest. Energy. Self-Agency.
This retreat is about slowing down and listening inward. It’s held at the Equinox, a natural point of balance and reset. A moment to pause, take stock, and feel what’s actually present.
Across the day, we’ll do deep inner work that includes the shadow, not just the polished parts, while keeping personal joy in view. This isn’t about fixing or forcing change. It’s about noticing what’s true and letting that information settle.
The focus is on embodiment rather than explanation. Feeling what’s here. Noticing how energy moves through the body. Letting things land without needing to label, analyse, or resolve them.
This is a space for recalibration. Less input. Less noise. Rather than “holding space,” we’ll be making space — space to sense what resonates with your own rhythm and respond from there.
